Philippines: Ranked 5 of world's most worst traffic in the world

According to an online database survey about the condition of cities and countries around the globe. The Philippines ranked 5 to the worst traffic problem among 59 other countries.

To solve this problem, one of the government's solution is to ban private vehicles with less than four passengers to traverse EDSA. According to an article, the Department of Public Works and Highways requested a budget for the year 2016 as one of the solutions that can resolve the problem in traffic along edsa. the DPWH requested for a P 391B pesos budget for the said project.
