The photographer said that they were on the way heading to Midsayap with his friend moving at a slow speed hoping to capture pictures of human interests, when suddenly the billboard of Mar Roxas caught his attention.

“I quickly grabbed the camera and took some shots. I was just at the right place, at the right time,” Bacongo said.
