One of Australia's biggest phone company and one of the Philippine's top company is now in talks about investing a joint venture in the SouthEast Asia.
Philippines, one of the Top countries in the world with the slowest internet speed at aproximately 3 Mbps was ranked second only ahead to Afghanistan. IT and Communication experts said the problem is beacause of lack of competitors. PLDT, is the worst of all country's provider of all told that the blame should be on the government for expensive and very complicated process.
As of now, even I, are excited about this talks. This project if occur could help many companies and individuals regardling with the internet speed here in our country.
