How I Start to Become a Game Developer

When i was a kid, I'm a big fan of games. From the first game i played super mario  to one of my favorite grand theft auto. I used to fancy how the game was created. I even didn't know how to use desktop back then. Then, forward to my high school days, I learned how to use desktop finally. And I manage to search how computer games made. And, I don't have a clue what am i reading in the first place (hahahaha). When I am in my senior year, I am still dreaming to create games. I though, the right course for me is computer engineering.
At the middle of my career in my course, i still don't know to create or even how the games created. Because the course i took is major in hardware stuff.(Awww). But of-course, i really want to pursue my dream. I search the net on how to create games. And finally i found what i looking for.( I will post a new topic on how to start your career as a game developer. Step by step). I found some article on how to create games specifically using SDL. I manage to study it, create some prototype and (whooaala), it failed. As days past, i began to become busy on my school and start to lay aside my passion. As i graduated, I searched a job relating to game development. But, its not that easy, i took some programming job, and technical support while I still not found my dream job. After several months of trying, and yes, i still searching for my dream job. I have been interviewed with some gaming company, i have been rejected. Yes, i have been rejected several times. Until one day, another company invited me to have an interview. As my moral down, i think not attend my interview with this company. I even get lost when i searched for the company's location and started to thinking of getting home. But i decided to attend the interview giving my self a last chance. And there you have it. I finally get the job i always dreamed about. Being a game developer ( Hahaha). That time i cant hide my happiness. Smiled all the time on my way home. And for you, don't lose hope. Keep on achieving your dream no matter how big or small it is. As long a you love it and giving your 100% percent always. As my next topic. I will post on how you can  start your gaming career.

Thanks for READING.
